Your property gets its own site, your own domain, and a booking button that goes straight to you. Guests who find you here are yours — not a search result inside an app that shows them four other places on the way out.

Two · Getting found

Local guides that put you in front of people who haven't heard of you.

A site nobody can find is a brochure. So we write and publish local guides about your area, tied to your property. That is what earns the search traffic.

That search does not contain the property's name. Someone typing it has never heard of La Vista de Isabela — they are describing the kind of place they want.

The owner's own site comes up first, above the Airbnb listing beneath it. That is the whole point: a guest finds the property, books it directly, and no commission comes out of the stay.

To be straight with you: this works for searches that describe your property and your area. We are not promising the top of every search term in Colorado, and anyone who does is guessing.

The part your guests will actually notice.

Aspen Hollow is a sample property, not a real listing. We use an invented cabin here so we can show you a fully-loaded concierge without publishing a real owner's door code or wifi password. Yours would be trained on your property, your rules and your area.

Four · Where the line is

What we don't do.

This is worth saying out loud, because it is what makes the price what it is.

We don't:

  • Clean, turn over, or stock your property.
  • Handle your linens, supplies or maintenance.
  • Manage your guests day to day.
  • Take a cut of your bookings — it is a flat fee.
  • Ask you to leave Airbnb. Keep it. This runs alongside it.

We do:

  • Build and host your site.
  • Write and publish the local guides.
  • Train and run Yara on your property.
  • Send you a monthly report on traffic and ranking.
